From 4th to 8th September, the third edition of the “Women In Business-BEcome a leader” program was held at the University of Paris-Saclay. Beside the training, the week was punctuated by events that helped to forge strong links between the participants, essential to enriching their network. Among the highlights were a dinner at the Cercle de l’UnionInteralliée, where Marie-Claire Capobianco, Director and Strategy Consultant, former banker and member of the BNP Paribas Executive Committee, shared her exceptional career path, and the closing of the program at the Institut des Hautes Études Scientifiques – IHES, a unique venue that welcomes scientists of exceptional stature from all over the world so that they can devote themselves entirely to their research.
The training is followed by a specific six-month inter-company mentoring program.
